Assist a US company in obtaining exclusive distribution right for vending machine produced in China

After several rounds of negotiation, the exclusive distribution agreement and the non-disclosure agreement were both modified to varying degrees to be more favorable to the US client and the Chinese supplier accepted the latest version. Finally, in December 2022, under the guidance of Larry Zhou, the parties successfully signed the agreement and exchanged signed copies.
