Led by Attorney Bryan Zhang and Lawyer Laney Liu, our team quickly designed a practical implementation plan after aligning with the Client’s business roadmap and scope of operation. We prepared a tailored checklist and performed compliance checks on the alignment between the lease agreement and the business scope to mitigate subsequent amendment or supplementation risks.

During execution, our lawyers maintained efficient communications with the Shanghai Administration for Market Regulation, facilitating name verification, online pre-review, and on-site submission. In parallel, we coordinated post-license steps—seal filing, bank account opening preparations, tax registration and invoicing setup, as well as social insurance and housing fund account setup—ensuring the branch could commence operations promptly upon obtaining its business license.

The Client recognized our team’s professionalism and efficiency, noting that the service meaningfully reduced coordination and trial-and-error costs and enabled a smooth establishment of the Shanghai branch, laying a solid procedural foundation for growth in the East China market.
