Larry Zhou Assisted a Dutch company in signing a design contract with a Chinese listed company

In July, 2022, attorney Larry Zhou’s team of Landing (Shenzhen) Law Office was engaged by a Dutch company to provide legal service of reviewing and revising the contract for the client’s design service project with the Chinese listed company.

After accepting the Dutch client’s engagement, Larry Zhou’s team gave a comprehensive understanding of the background and content of the project, meticulously confirmed and analyzed the client’s requirements, revised the design service contract on the basis of the client’s needs and in the best interest of the client.
