Background:

The client, a purchaser from Trinidad, contracted a Zhuhai supplier for specialized equipment. Upon delivery, the client discovered that the equipment model differed from the contract specifications, rendering the entire system unusable. Despite repeated negotiations, the supplier failed to propose a viable solution.
