In 2024, a Jamaican company purchased a batch of film materials from a supplier in Jiangsu, China. However, upon arrival of the goods, the Jamaican company discovered shortages in quantity and quality discrepancies in some products.

After providing feedback to the Chinese supplier, the supplier acknowledged the shortage and proposed making up for it in the second batch of goods.
