Lawyer Bryan Assisted U.S. Client in Drafting Agreements for Products Developing and Manufacturing Project

In July 2025, a U.S. enterprise (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") planned to entrust a Chinese supplier with the development, design, sampling, and production of cleaning products. Meanwhile, the project involved trademark licensing and exclusive distribution arrangements.
